Strategic corporate goals:

We want to make our business more valuable, make more profit, and attract new guests while keeping the ones we have happy. We focus on being active and friendly on Instagram to get attention, and we are working on getting more people to visit our website. We aim to have more guests come back and make them feel like our hotel is their home.

Within the team, our main goal is to make our staff feel connected and welcome new co-workers in a friendly way to build a happy work environment. We also want our staff to learn and improve through various training, including safety courses for a secure workplace.
